What do I do if the 'next' button is not displayed during the hardware check?

We recommend that all users of the platform complete their interviews via the most up-to-date versions of either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browsers.  If you have been attempting the interview utilizing a different browser, we suggest trying to attempt the interview again with one of the recommended browsers.

Additionally, if you have any software running that may typically use your microphone or web camera, please shut those programs down prior to attempting to complete your interview, as our platform will require the use of both a microphone and web camera in order to pass the Hardware check.

If you are still not able to advance past the hardware check, please file a support ticket with us using our Support Portal.
