How do I change account domain restrictions?
- Log in and as Admin view in the Prep Platform
- Select 'Settings' from the side menu
- Select 'Accounts' from the top menu
- Select the edit icon
to the right of the account listing - Go to the 'Email Domain Restrictions' field
- Enter the domain(s) you would like the system to restrict to users.
- Note:
- Multiple domains need to be separated by commas
- Delete any domain(s) you no longer want users to be restricted to
- Domains listed here will not allow users to use any email to sign up with
- This will only affect new users and users that already use an email outside of the domain restrictions you place will not be affected.

- Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen

In order to view all Assignments within your Prep account you must be the highest level user role - Account Admin. Account Admins have full control over any and all content within their Prep account, and to any Location within their account.
