How do I add users in bulk to my Prep account?

 

  • Go to your Admin view in the Prep Platform
  • Select Settings from the side menu
  • Select Users from the Top Menu
  • Select Bulk User Upload button
  • Here you can select the location you want to add the users to
  • Then select Browse to select the prepared .csv file
    • The .csv file will need to be formatted as follows
      • The first column (A) will be for Email, required
      • The second column (B) will be for the First Name, required
      • The third column (C) will be for the Last Name, required
      • The fourth column (D) will be for the Student or Employee ID, this is optional
      • The columns first row needs the previously mentioned headers
  • Once the file has been selected, click the upload button
  • If you receive an error, please check the following
    • Check to make sure no entry in the .csv file has an alternate character
      • This can happen if the information is copied from another source to the .csv file, such as from a notepad
    • If your account has domain restrictions, make sure all email address conform to this restriction.
